Integral Cooling Technologies | Industrial Refrigeration Division is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead major industrial refrigeration bids in the UK, from initial client conversation to compliant, cost-effective tender submissions. This is a technical sales role focused on owning the bid and shaping solutions for food manufacturing, cold storage and logistics sectors.

You will build senior client relationships, manage bid programmes, and ensure compliance with BS EN 378 and safety regs,

Competenze

Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration with UK contractor market.
Record of leading bids in the £500k–£6m range and meeting annual order intake targets.
Experience leading sales from concept design through tender submission and award.
Knowledge of BS EN 378 and related safety regulations (PED, DSEAR, F‑Gas).
Ammonia plant knowledge, including two‑stage systems.
Ability to develop concept designs, perform heat load/duty calculations, and read P&IDs.

Mansioni

Build and qualify the pipeline; develop relationships with end users, consultants, main contractors; position early in capital planning.
Turn briefs into concept schemes with engineering input, covering system architecture and energy/cost considerations.
Own the tender: manage programme, cost model, pricing, and write scopes/exclusions; present at reviews.
Ensure compliance at bid stage with relevant standards and regulations.
Lead cross-functional bid teams and support colleagues; oversee output quality.
Hand over to Contracts/PM team on award and ensure accuracy of sold scope.
