A leading technology company in London is seeking a consultative and creative Recruiter. This role involves owning the full-cycle recruiting process, driving hiring strategies, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, a passion for team building, and a data-driven approach. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and is aimed at supporting the team growth in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do: To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative Recruiter to join us in London and work with Stripe to grow and scale our teams. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. This person must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment-unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
