Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is recruiting for a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial in Hereford. This permanent, full-time role focuses on quality assurance across the DVSA Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme and provides coaching, mentoring, and technical support to ensure testing quality and consistency for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with Vehicle Services Delivery Managers and Technical Quality Leads, analysing data to spot trends and driving continuous service

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
