Government Recruitment Service in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial to deliver quality assurance across the DVSA Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme and to provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality and consistency.

You will analyse data, support appeals and inspections, and help ensure high-quality customer outcomes while promoting continuous improvement in service delivery within a national operation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
