Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is recruiting for a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial in Dartford. The role focuses on delivering quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme and providing coaching and technical guidance to improve testing quality.

You will analyse quality data, support appeals and investigations, and assist in authorising testing facilities. The post emphasises continuous improvement, customer-focused delivery, and strong stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure DVSA standards are met.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality and consistency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs).
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities
