Government Recruitment Service in Leeds is seeking a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial to support the Vehicle Services Quality Centre of Excellence. The role delivers quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme and collaborates with ATFs, vehicle presenters and testing colleagues to maintain DVSA standards.

You will coach and mentor Vehicle Standards Assessors, analyze data to spot trends and risks, and help improve testing quality, consistency and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
