Technical Project Manager – Food & Beverage

Are you a delivery-focused technical project manager with a knack for bringing new products and packaging innovations to life? We’re looking for someone to lead cross-functional projects across NPD and EPD, ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead end-to-end technical projects from planning through to delivery and post-project review.
  • Act as the go-to technical liaison across Product, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Brand, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, cost optimisation, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and brand standards.
You’ll bring :
  • Project management experience in food & drink manufacturing
  • Proven track record managing technical projects like NPD launches, co‑packer transitions, or packaging roll‑outs.
  • Strong skills in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change control.
  • Hands‑on understanding of manufacturing lines, packaging processes, and quality / food safety standards.
