Job description

We\'re looking for a motivated Technical Operator to join our team at the Swindon site on a 12 month contract as Maternity cover.

Position Details
  • Salary: 27,202.50 per year (13.95 per hour)
  • Shift: Double days 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm
  • Plus 22% shift allowance
  • ASAP start
What You\'ll Do
  • Maintain and acquire your aseptic license badge
  • Prepare and set up equipment for manufacturing and fill/finish processes
  • Formulate pharmaceutical products following batch records
  • Perform manufacturing tasks including line clearance, checks, and documentation
  • Support machine start-up, changeovers, and testing to reduce downtime and waste
  • Monitor equipment and report any issues
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment following standards
  • Report and help resolve any problems or non-conformance
  • Support validation and new product introduction projects
  • Keep accurate records in line with procedures and training
  • Perform other reasonable duties as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years in manufacturing, operations, production, lab work, or similar
    • Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Able to follow instructions and schedules
    • Detail-oriented and focused
    • Good literacy and numeracy
