Job Title: Technical Manager – Renewable Energy & Waste Innovation

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Manager to join our team and drive innovative projects across the Renewable Energy and Waste Management sectors. From Energy Recovery Facilities to BioGas Refueling, you’ll play a key role in delivering engineering solutions to complex operational challenges while supporting senior leadership in shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of growth, development, and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with Site, Plant, and Commercial teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
  • Support investment decisions through robust business models and technical input.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance across all projects and operations.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term sustainability and innovation agenda.
Qualifications
  • Proven background in engineering and/or project management, ideally within energy, waste, or infrastructure.
