Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with delivery updates and order information.
• Handle returns and escalate product queries as needed.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and win back business.
• Manage relationships with existing accounts to increase spend.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.
• Provide warehouse support during busy periods.
