• Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
• Develop new business opportunities and win new customers
• Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth potential
• Upsell and cross-sell products across the customer base
• Proactively follow up on inbound and warm enquiries
• Build strong long-term customer relationships
• Produce quotations and maintain CRM accuracy
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Work closely with purchasing and operations to support customer requirements
• Produce clear sales reports and pipeline updates for management
