As a Technical Graduate, you will be a key contributor to the South East region of our Business. This role focuses on enhancing technical data integrity, maintaining our systems, and ensuring compliance across regional units.

You’ll work closely with our Technical Systems Manager to drive improvements and build alignment across business units.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with our Technical Systems Manager to manage and maintain key technical systems.
  • Provide training to align system usage across regions and ensure consistency in operations.
  • Analyse data to identify cost‑saving and value‑creation possibilities through process and system enhancements.
  • Analyse quality issues like customer complaints, margin loss, and production accuracy to drive improvements.
  • Regularly update and standardise product titles in alignment with conventions.
  • Support regulatory compliance through systems, processes, and procedural improvements.
  • Work to reduce mix costs by monitoring and measuring system outputs.
  • Assist in data cleansing and standardisation for technical teams.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of concrete mix design, raw materials, and quality control standards.
What we’re looking for

Essential

  • A relevant degree such as engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.

  • Proven ability to develop and sustain professional relationships.
  • Experience suggesting process improvements and driving efficiency.
