Location: Singapore

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with Managers/Superintendents on spares & repair jobs
• Handle purchasing & logistics (air/sea/land freight)
• Prepare POs, invoices & shipping documents
• Liaise with vessels, suppliers & agents worldwide

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or Equivalent. Diploma holder preferred.
• Maritime/logistics/engineering background
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player
• Preferably at least 1-3 year of experiences in Technical or Purchasing role within the tanker shipping sectors.
• Well-versed in Class and Flag compliance, marine procurement, and dry-docking coordination
