Job description

We are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to join our building services team in Mansfield.

Working as a Technical Compliance Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of asset management, statutory compliance and technical performance of the Hard FM Service provision, ensuring a standardised approach to the provision and recording of FM operational services. Be responsible for the effective management and governance of Hard FM Services compliance monitoring and systems, inclusive of statutory engineering, Asset management, SLA performance, Schedule of Programmed Maintenance submission whilst developing and implementing continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • To provide a senior level of compliance support and advice on regulatory matters.
  • Develop and coordinate control and governance systems to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Ensure there is a robust process in place and lead on the management of the continual update of project records including the asset register, condition, update of drawings/room data sheets.
  • Support the project team to revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly compliance reviews with the Project Company and Internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and own the status of NCR’s.
  • Coordinate and own the status of ACR’s.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (or Equivalent) or a r ecognised qualification or certification in a statutory discipline.
  • Relevant industry experience in a compliance management role in Healthcare
  • Good customer care and flexible approach to working practices
  • Proven experience as compliance manager
  • Knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
