Join our Water Production Team to help uphold compliance standards and support operational performance across our Burham site and surrounding areas. You’ll carry out audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, environmental management, and routine maintenance activities meet internal and regulatory requirements.
This role involves close collaboration with Field Performance Managers, assisting with planned work, coordinating operational activity, and supporting the team during unplanned events or health and safety risks. You’ll also manage unannounced regulatory spot audits and liaise professionally with contractors and governing bodies.
Travel between operational sites is required, and you’ll participate in a standby rota approximately 1‑in‑10. You will also deputise for the Field Performance Manager during periods of leave or delegated responsibility, helping maintain operational continuity and team performance.
