• Proven ability to manage claims from start to finish.
• Experience using bespoke software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers and clients.
• Manage vehicle claims from repair instruction to completion.
• Ensure all SLA's are met and exceeded.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
