A leading leisure services provider is seeking a technical maintenance professional to support building upkeep at the Swallows Leisure Centre. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have previous technical experience, particularly in pool plant systems, and a can-do attitude. Location: Swallows Leisure Centre
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday with call outs in the evening / weekends when required
Salary: £24,829 per annum + benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team, and right now we have a rare opportunity for you to join our technical team. The Technical Team has a shared vision to ensure that the Leisure Centres are maintained to an excellent standard. You will be tasked with maintaining the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis, including building fabric and M&E. You will be responsible for arranging, assisting, and monitoring any contractors required on site. You will be required to undertake any further duties or training as requested by the Technical Manager(s).
