Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a similar role (Ideally including Pool Plant).
  • Experience of reactive works to Pool Plant, HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems.
  • You may be required to work outside of normal working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis.
  • Arrange, assist, and monitor any contractors required on site.
  • Undertake any further duties or training as requested.

Overview

Location: Swallows Leisure Centre

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday with call outs in the evening / weekends when required

Salary: £24,829 per annum + benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team, and right now we have a rare opportunity for you to join our technical team. The Technical Team has a shared vision to ensure that the Leisure Centres are maintained to an excellent standard. You will be tasked with maintaining the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis, including building fabric and M&E. You will be responsible for arranging, assisting, and monitoring any contractors required on site. You will be required to undertake any further duties or training as requested by the Technical Manager(s).

Qualifications

  • Experience of reactive works to Pool Plant, HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems.
  • Multi-skilled with basic Plumbing, Carpentry & Electrics.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records (Written & Electronic).
  • Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
  • You may be required to work outside of normal working hours and respond to out of hours emergencies, covering 5 days out of 7.
