Team First Recruitment seeks a Technical & Aftersales Advisor to support customers and installers with technical guidance and product selection. You’ll handle aftersales inquiries from first contact to resolution, investigate issues, and coordinate replacements and warranty matters.

The role emphasises clear communication, organisational skills, and delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Able to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Any technical background will be considered and may suit a field engineer or engineering graduate.

Are you someone who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers find the right solution?

We're recruiting for a Technical & Aftersales Advisor to join a highly respected manufacturer within the construction and building services sector.

This is a varied position where you'll become the go-to person for technical support, product advice and aftersales enquiries. You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, provide expert guidance and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Role:

• Coordinate replacement products, returns and warranty-related queries
• Build strong relationships with customers and distribution partners

What we're looking for:

• Able to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Any technical background will be considered. You could be a field engineer looking for a more home based role or a recent engineering graduate looking for your first job.
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering great customer service
