Team First Recruitment is recruiting for a Technical & Aftersales Advisor to join a respected manufacturer in the construction and building services sector. You will be the go-to person for technical support, product advice and aftersales enquiries, working with customers, installers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.

This hybrid role offers training, career development and a long-term position within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in person or on the phone.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and simply.
• From construction products, HVAC, engineering or building services; other technical backgrounds considered.
• Recent Engineering or Product Design graduate welcome.
• Organised, proactive and committed to great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and product support to customers and installers.
• Manage aftersales enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Investigate technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate replacement products, returns and warranty-related queries.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distribution partners.
