Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Technical Aftersales Advisor to provide technical support for Brick and Tile products from the Sandtoft site, serving customers with clear communication and rigorous assessment.

You will investigate complaints, decide on remote vs site actions, and coordinate site visits with Plant Managers and Technical teams to identify root causes, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Decide whether issues can be resolved remotely or require escalation or site visits.
• Coordinate requirements and objectives for site visits where needed.
• Work with Plant Managers and Technical teams to identify root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality teams.
• Provide clear communication on complaint outcomes and next steps.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement activities.
