Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Technical Aftersales Advisor to provide technical support for Brick and Tile products from the Sandtoft site, serving customers with clear communication and rigorous assessment.

You will investigate complaints, decide on remote vs site actions, and coordinate site visits with Plant Managers and Technical teams to identify root causes, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Join us as a Technical Aftersales Advisor

Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.

About the role

As a Technical Aftersales Advisor you will be a trusted aftersales support for customers, providing technical support and resolving product related concerns. You will carry out detailed investigations, work closely with colleagues across the business, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through clear communication and sound technical assessment. The role will support customers of our Brick and Tile products.

Duties include:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Act as the central point of control for manufacturing-related complaints
• Carry out detailed technical investigations using product and customer information
• Decide whether issues can be resolved remotely or require escalation or site visits
• Coordinate requirements and objectives for site visits where needed
• Work with Plant Managers and Technical teams to identify root causes and solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality teams
• Provide clear communication on complaint outcomes and next steps
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

This role helps us maintain the quality and reputation of our products while supporting customers through effective problem solving. Your work will contribute to continuous improvement, strengthen customer confidence, and support our commitment to delivering reliable building solutions.

Working hours: Full time – Mon to Fri. 8.30 am to 5pm.
