This is a full-time, on-site role with established working hours from Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Technical Administrator
  • Maintaining, updating, and verifying product specifications across internal systems
  • Reviewing compliance documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Organising and streamlining departmental documentation for improved efficiency
  • Updating and restructuring internal quality databases for smoother day-to-day use
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to gather missing or clarifying information
  • Providing wider administrative support to the Quality and Technical team when needed
What you’ll bring to the table as a Technical Administrator
  • Previous experience working in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field
  • Strong administrative and data-handling skills
  • Ability to understand basic food safety or compliance terminology
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Hours of work: 08 00, Monday to Friday on site
