Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in Kendal is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor to help customers choose from our mobile, broadband and TV packages, explain price plans and showcase features. You’ll deliver friendly, empathetic service, take ownership of queries and build trust by guiding customers to the best solutions.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team with two weeks of induction, ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow.
