Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a proactive Retail Advisor in the UK to help customers get the most from our technology. You’ll build trust, offer guidance and resolve queries with empathy, aiming for memorable customer experiences.

In this full-time role, you’ll assist customers with mobile, broadband and TV options, demonstrate features, and work with the store team to meet targets while delivering excellent service and flexible support across opening hours.
