Job summary

Virgin Media O2 in the UK is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers on products and plans, delivering memorable service. You’ll help people choose from mobile phones, SIMs, broadband, and TV packages with empathy and ownership.

Induction sessions (2 x 2 days, 30 hours) cover product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support growth within a close-knit retail team.

• Support customers in finding the right price plan and setup for their lifestyle.
• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
