Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor in Brighton to help customers select from mobile, broadband and TV packages. You will guide pricing plans, demonstrate devices and features, and resolve queries to ensure positive, memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators, customer-focused and flexible to work across store hours. You will receive induction training and ongoing coaching to help you grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
