Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, broadband and TV packages, delivering trusted guidance and memorable experiences, at a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.

You'll work in store with flexible shifts, across opening hours including evenings and weekends, and will receive induction sessions (30 hours) plus ongoing coaching to develop product knowledge and customer experience skills.

• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
