Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers select products—mobile, broadband, TV—and set up plans suited to their lifestyle. You’ll demonstrate devices, resolve queries, and build trust in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work with a close-knit team, covering store hours with potential evenings and weekends. Expect induction, coaching, and ongoing development from day one.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
