Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing from devices, plans and services, ensuring a positive experience. You’ll helping customers understand options and set up products while building trust and delivering excellent service.

In this role you’ll join a close-knit retail team with induction and ongoing coaching; shifts may include evenings and weekends as part of store hours. Competitive hourly rate provided.

• Showcase features and accessibility tools of new and existing technology.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolve issues and build trust.
• Work with the team to achieve store targets and customer satisfaction.
