Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor in Swindon to help customers choose from our range of mobile, broadband, TV and accessories, set up the right price plan and demonstrate features. You’ll own customer queries and work with your team to hit targets and deliver great experiences.

The role emphasises trust, empathy and ownership, with induction and ongoing coaching to support growth within a busy retail environment.

• Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues.
• Work with the store team to meet targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
