Job summary

Virgin Media O2 in the UK is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products, guides on price plans and set up technology for their lifestyle. You’ll build trust, show empathy and take ownership to deliver memorable experiences for customers.

You’ll start with 2 x 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching and development to support your growth within the role.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating accessibility features.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
