Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from our range of products, explain price plans and set up solutions. You’ll build trust through friendly, hands-on guidance, show empathy, and own issues to create memorable experiences.

You'll join a close-knit store team, work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and benefit from induction and ongoing coaching as you grow your retail career with us.

Responsibilities
