Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is recruiting for a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from our range of products and services, including mobile, broadband and TV packages. You’ll build trust, demonstrate features, and own customer queries to ensure positive experiences in a busy high-street environment.

You’ll receive structured induction, ongoing coaching and the chance to grow with a supportive team as you work across store hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
