Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor in Basingstoke. You will guide customers through products and plans, demonstrate features, and resolve queries while collaborating with the team to achieve store targets and deliver outstanding service.

The role is frontline retail, with shifts across store hours. A supportive induction and ongoing coaching accompany your development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on our range of products (mobile, broadband, TV, accessories).
Assist customers in choosing price plans and setups.
Showcase features and accessibility tools of technology.
Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues.
Work with the store team to hit targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
