Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products and plans, demonstrate devices and features, and resolve queries to deliver memorable experiences. The role emphasizes empathy, ownership and collaborative success within the store team.

In this position you will join a close-knit retail team, work across store hours including evenings and weekends, and participate in induction sessions followed by ongoing coaching to support growth.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
