Job summary

Virgin Media O2 in Edgware is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile, broadband and TV packages, explain pricing plans and set up services. You’ll showcase latest technology, resolve queries and build trust with customers, while contributing to store targets and high satisfaction scores.

Induction includes two 2-day sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support your growth.
