Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is recruiting a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products, set up price plans and explore features. You’ll build trust through empathy, ownership and clear guidance, delivering memorable service at the point of sale.

You’ll join a close-knit store team, work across opening hours, complete induction sessions, receive ongoing coaching, and benefit from perks such as healthcare, pension and holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
