Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing mobiles, broadband, TV and accessories. You’ll demonstrate devices, help select price plans, and resolve inquiries with empathy to build trust. This role emphasizes customer-first experiences and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll join a welcoming team with induction sessions and ongoing coaching designed to develop product knowledge and service skills from day one.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
