Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to assist customers with mobile, broadband and TV choices, guiding them to suitable price plans and setups. You will demonstrate devices, resolve queries and contribute to team targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll join a close-knit team with induction sessions and ongoing coaching. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and pension.
