Virgin Media O₂ is looking for a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from a wide range of products including mobile, broadband and TV packages, ensuring they get the best price plans and setup for their lifestyle.

You will showcase new technology, resolve customer queries, and work with the team to hit store targets while delivering memorable experiences. Training, support, and development are provided from day one.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
