Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing mobile, broadband and TV options, ensuring smooth setup and outstanding service. You’ll demonstrate devices and accessibility features, resolve queries, and contribute to a collaborative store culture focused on trust and satisfaction.

In this role you’ll join a supportive team, with induction and ongoing coaching to help you grow your retail skills and product knowledge while delivering excellent customer experiences.
