Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products, explain price plans and set up services. You’ll build trust through empathy, take ownership of queries and work with the team to hit store targets and deliver great customer experiences.

You’ll receive two weeks of induction, ongoing coaching and access to benefits like healthcare, pension and generous holiday. Shifts run across store hours and may include evenings and weekends.
