Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor in Trowbridge to guide customers in choosing products, plans and setup, while delivering memorable service. You’ll work within a supportive team to meet store targets and boost customer satisfaction, handling queries with empathy and ownership.

You’ll receive induction training, ongoing coaching and development to grow your knowledge of products and processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
