Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in selecting products across mobile, broadband and TV services. You’ll help customers choose plans, demonstrate devices and resolve queries, building trust through friendly, proactive service.

You’ll join a close-knit retail team, contribute to targets and deliver memorable experiences with every interaction, supported by structured induction and ongoing coaching.
