Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in selecting mobile, broadband, TV and related products, while demonstrating features and building trust. You will help customers choose plans and setups that fit their lifestyle and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, ownership of queries, and collaboration with the store team to achieve targets and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues to build trust.
Work with the team to hit store targets and achieve strong customer satisfaction.
