Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products and plans, demonstrate features, and resolve queries in a high-street environment. You’ll contribute to team targets and deliver memorable service experiences at competitive hourly pay.

In this role, you’ll complete induction, receive ongoing coaching, and join a collaborative retail team that values inclusion and opportunity for growth.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
