Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to assist customers in selecting products, setting up plans and showcasing features. You will build trust, resolve queries and contribute to high customer satisfaction in a store environment.

The role includes a two-week induction (30 hours) on product knowledge and systems, with ongoing coaching to support your growth. Flexible shift patterns across opening hours are expected.
