Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose our wide range of products, including mobile, broadband, and TV packages. You’ll showcase features, guide on price plans and setups, and take ownership of queries to ensure memorable service.

As part of a close retail team, you’ll support two-week induction sessions and ongoing coaching, with shifts across store hours including evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly rate (£13.45) is offered.
