Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor in Sheffield to help customers choose from a range of products, including mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, broadband and TV packages. You’ll guide pricing plans, demonstrate features, and take ownership of queries to build trust and achieve store targets.

The role includes induction sessions, ongoing coaching, and a collaborative retail team environment with flexible shifts and weekend work as needed.
