Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to provide excellent customer service, guidance and solutions in-store. You’ll assist customers with products across mobile, broadband and TV, helping them choose the best price plans and setups while showcasing technology and accessibility features.

As part of a close retail team, you’ll own customer queries, drive satisfaction and contribute to meeting store targets. Induction sessions and ongoing coaching support growth from day one.
